WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

That's a direct quote from one of our 2011 interns. They also said things like "lots of variation", "different stuff all the time", "unpredictable" and "no two days the same". Clearly then, we can't really be specific about what you'll actually be doing hour-to-hour. One thing you can be sure of though: you will be getting to grips with genuine responsibility and accountability. You'll learn all about your department and what it does. You'll get stuck in and do whatever's needed to support your team.

So it's over to you: a second year student who's keen to prove themself in this fast-paced business environment. As far as your degree subject goes, we're pretty open minded about that. Just show us you've got what it takes, and we'll listen.

  • Marketing

    In Marketing, there’s the chance to get involved in a whole range of different areas across this fast-moving department. You could be carrying out customer research, analysing the success of our activities, helping with new product launches, supporting at events or developing innovative marketing and communications initiatives; you could also be working closely with our Product team, helping to determine the future of our fantastic product range. One thing’s for sure – you’ll learn fast as part of this dynamic, creative and ambitious team.

  • Sales

    In Sales, you will work as part of a team providing vital support to ensure that our sales operation functions effectively. As well as acting as a key point of contact for dealers and our field team, you will also produce business-critical management information and reports for everyone from the president and managing director to all 150+ dealers around the country.

  • Aftersales Commercial

    In Aftersales Commercial, you'll be kept busy helping us to develop a range of projects like customer loyalty programmes and trade parts programmes. It's a varied and exciting role – no two days are ever the same! You could be carrying out market research, comparisons and analyses, as well as helping us put together key communications via our intranet and newsletters.

  • Fleet Sales

    In Fleet Sales there's never a dull moment within this fast-moving commercial environment. You'll have the chance to liaise with potential and existing customers, dealers, suppliers and contractors – plus spend time with members of the fleet field team and your line manager. As part of the ever-growing UK fleet market, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact within a team which will value your opinions and suggestions.
